One Year Can Make a Big Difference…

In a year so much can change, and no one know that better than parents. In one year, you go from counting ten little fingers and toes to counting steps. You go from that first feeding to picking up Cheerios. You go from staying up all night just to watch over them to…well, we still do that!

Just look at this sweet boy – from his newborn session, to his First Birthday!

I can’t get over how much he has changed. When I came to meet him for the first time, he was just so little! I couldn’t believe I got to spend a whole morning just cuddling this sweet little guy. A whole year has past and he has changed so much.

Isn’t he adorable?! I love his little aviator hat! He wasn’t too excited about pictures at the park until he got to sit in the wagon (which has been one of the best Goodwill finds of the year!)

 Gibson Park is one of our favorite places for family sessions. The little red cabin is such a great backdrop and the shade did provide a little relief from the heat! This North Carolina humidity slowed us down a little bit, but after a few minutes in the air conditioned car he was ready to take a few more photos.

In one year so much can change, and that is why we do what we do! We are so blessed to be able to document all of these amazing milestones. Being a family photographer means capturing all of these moments through our own artistic style. We are always amazed when our regular clients come back for sessions and we are able to see their children grow before our eyes.
